District Sales Manager – MEP Channel (Western NC)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) channel for Diablo Tools in Western North Carolina. The role focuses on expanding market share, building strong dealer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100% market share within assigned categories and channels.
• Develop and execute sales programs and strategies for key dealers.
• Plan and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while managing the travel & expense budget.
• Handle administrative tasks such as order placement, presentation creation, and suggested order development.
• Travel 50‑75% of the time, primarily overnight, to support dealer visits and market development.
• Build a sustainable territory that meets or exceeds performance metrics set by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in sales).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MEP market and tool accessories.
