About the role
Firm seeks a full-time Michigan‑licensed attorney with 3‑5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience and strong legal research and writing abilities to support the firm’s trial lawyers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist trial lawyers with legal research, drafting pleadings, and motion practice.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of medical malpractice litigation and trial experience.
- J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school.
- Member in good standing of the Michigan Bar.
- Strong professional judgment, work ethic, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and respond to support staff needs.
Required skills
- Legal research.
- Legal writing.
- Motion practice.
