Dishwasher – Winery Kitchen

About the role

The Dishwasher supports the culinary team at the Robert Mondavi Winery by ensuring all dishware, cookware, and kitchen tools are clean and ready for service. This full‑time, on‑site position is essential for maintaining a smooth, hygienic food‑service operation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, rinse, and load pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glassware into the commercial dishwasher.
• Unload, inspect, and store cleaned items in their proper locations.
• Maintain the dishwashing area, turn off equipment at shift end, and report any equipment issues.
• Empty green compost buckets into the external compost bin.
• Sweep and mop the walk‑in cooler and kitchen floors as needed.
• Clean kitchen storage shelves and assist with basic food‑prep tasks when required.

Required profile

• Prior experience working as a dishwasher in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
