About the role

Infosys is seeking a Discrete Manufacturing Consultant to lead projects within its Manufacturing unit. The role focuses on delivering digital transformation for clients in automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates.
• Drive process improvement through product research, benchmarking, system configuration and technology assessment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and foster professional development.
• Lead scope changes, manage client requirements and ensure contractual updates.
