Director, Vault Safety Suite

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director for its Vault Safety Suite to lead market adoption and ensure customer success in the Boston area. The role combines deep pharmacovigilance knowledge with product strategy and sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Grow market adoption of the Vault Safety Suite while maintaining high customer satisfaction in the greater Boston area.
• Provide business guidance to the product team for new applications or enhancements.
• Deliver thought leadership and sales support to generate new Vault Safety Suite opportunities.
• Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales through project delivery.
• Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in or consulting for the Safety department of a life‑sciences company, focusing on business processes and software implementations.
• Experience supporting the sale of software or services to life‑sciences organizations.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations.
