Director, Value Stream Leader – Spine Digital, MIS & Biomaterials

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior leader to direct end‑to‑end supply chain execution for Spine Digital, MIS, and Biomaterials. Reporting to the VP of Spine, Sports, and CMFT Supply Chain, you will shape global manufacturing and supply chain practices while integrating acquired entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a continuous supply chain plan aligned with Spine business strategy, balancing reliability, innovation, profitability, and cash flow.
• Lead a portfolio of projects across product value streams, optimizing performance in reliability, capacity, NPI, profitability, compliance, and digitalization.
• Manage capital investments, drive cost improvements in gross profit and COGS, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with global customers, franchise teams, and internal stakeholders to mitigate supply risk and support business growth.

Required profile

• 12+ years progressive experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing leadership, with 5+ years in people management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional and global teams, influence senior leaders, and deliver business results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
