Job description
About the role
Scribe's Strategic Enterprise segment is focused on the largest, most complex organizations in North America. - Provide executive sponsorship and coaching on deal strategy, navigating complex multi‑stakeholder cycles involving legal, deal desk, and R&D.
- Maintain a culture of forecast discipline and deal hygiene with high‑quality weekly pipeline reviews.
- Develop account and territory plans with the team, ensuring intentional coverage and pursuit of white‑space opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top enterprise sales talent, defining what great looks like and developing people toward it.
- Travel extensively to support the team in the field, requiring a hands‑on presence.
Required profile
- 5+ years leading front‑line enterprise sales teams selling business application software with direct revenue accountability in the Fortune 500.
- 10+ years combined individual contributor and management experience in enterprise sales.
- Track record in emerging technology categories and top‑down selling to strategic stakeholders.
- Experience building a sales function from scratch, setting pacing and pipeline‑generation targets in a new motion.
- Closed and coached deals with ACV in the six‑ and seven‑figure range, understanding deal management versus involvement.
- Operates autonomously in a decentralized environment, setting direction and making decisions without a playbook.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing enterprise sellers across the talent lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel extensively to support deals and the team.
