Director, Product Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead global product marketing for Veeva Safety, our industry‑leading pharmacovigilance platform. You will partner with strategy and product management to craft positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go‑to‑market strategy that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a global product marketing organization, defining roles, succession plans, and employee success strategies.
• Develop and execute global marketing and go‑to‑market plans for Veeva Safety, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
• Partner with product management to create differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for safety operations leaders.
• Lead product launches and release marketing, turning innovation into integrated campaigns that generate awareness and adoption.
• Create thought‑leadership, customer‑advocacy, and sales‑enablement programs to strengthen Veeva’s leadership in pharmacovigilance.
• Measure performance, evaluate business impact, and continuously optimize programs to improve pipeline and adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive product or solution marketing experience in complex B2B enterprise or cloud software.
• Proven success developing positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies that drive customer adoption.
• Strong ability to synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership influencing product, sales, services, and corporate marketing teams.
• Experience leading global product marketing initiatives with coordinated regional execution.
