Director, Partner Success – Security Solutions (Global)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Partner Success for its Security Solutions portfolio. The role leads a global team of Partner Success Managers, overseeing strategic B2B partners that use Mastercard’s fraud and risk mitigation products. The director will drive onboarding, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor partner performance, product adoption, usage, satisfaction and revenue outcomes; provide actionable insights and maintain a consistent governance cadence.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for strategic B2B partners, ensuring smooth transition from business development, accelerating onboarding, and collaborating with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and execute joint growth plans, manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities across new products and markets, and represent the partner voice internally.

Required profile

• Proven track record in people leadership, building high‑performing teams and developing talent.
• Experience in partner success, product management or consulting with measurable outcomes, especially within ecosystem or indirect‑customer models.
