About the role
PwC is seeking a Director to lead its Oracle Managed Services and Application Evolution practice. In this senior position you will shape strategic direction, drive business development, and oversee multiple client engagements to improve operational efficiency through Oracle solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Oracle consulting services.
- Lead business development initiatives and convert market gaps into new opportunities.
- Oversee client projects, ensuring seamless integration of Oracle applications.
- Mentor emerging leaders and foster a collaborative consulting environment.
- Provide training and support to maximize client utilization of Oracle tools.
- Promote innovative practices and thought leadership across the practice.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- At least 9 years of experience in Oracle consulting or related business‑application roles.
- Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and managing large‑scale client engagements.
