Director of Operations

About the role

Clinically AI is a fast‑growing health‑tech SaaS company that uses artificial intelligence to streamline clinical documentation, compliance and operational efficiency. The Director of Operations will partner with the executive team to turn the 2026 strategic themes into concrete processes, metrics and cross‑functional rhythms that keep Engineering, Sales, Implementation, Support and Marketing aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the operational strategy that translates executive priorities into clear processes, metrics and workflows across all departments.
• Design and maintain cross‑departmental operating rhythms, standard operating procedures and release checklists.
• Own the CRM architecture, ensuring clean data, enforced policies and smooth handoffs from Sales to Finance and Implementation.
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards for revenue, customer health and funnel performance.
• Lead coordination of security and compliance programs such as SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO/IEC 42001.

Required profile

• Proven operational leadership in a fast‑growing SaaS environment, preferably health‑tech.
• Experience partnering directly with founders or executive leadership on company‑wide initiatives.
• Ability to design scalable processes and intake workflows that endure as headcount doubles.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with a focus on defining leading and lagging indicators.
• Fluency in coordinating security and compliance efforts (SOC 2, HIPAA, AI governance frameworks).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with project/issue tracking tools like Jira, Asana or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with documentation tools including Confluence, Notion and Google Workspace.

What we offer

• Base salary $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity participation.
