About the role
G-III Apparel Group is seeking a strategic leader to drive customer retention and lifecycle marketing across its eCommerce portfolio. The Director will shape data‑driven engagement strategies, oversee CRM channels, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance omnichannel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy for email, SMS, and on‑site placements.
- Develop data‑based segmentation and personalization tactics using CDP and behavioral insights.
- Build, QA, and launch campaign emails, automated journeys, trigger and SMS campaigns within marketing automation platforms.
- Lead testing, reporting, and performance analysis to improve ROI and channel efficiency.
- Set annual roadmap, KPIs, and reporting cadence for each brand.
- Manage relationships with ESP and MarTech vendors while staying abreast of industry innovations.
- Support MarTech initiatives, audience management, and data integration workflows.
- Partner with eCommerce, IT, creative, merchandising, and store teams on omnichannel projects.
- Evaluate and implement AI‑driven personalization opportunities.

- Data‑driven marketer comfortable with analytics, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborative partner able to work with technical, creative, and business stakeholders.
