Director of Content Marketing

About the role

TensorWave is seeking a Director of Content Marketing to shape and execute a unified content strategy that showcases the company’s AI compute platform. This senior, hands‑on position will define the editorial agenda, lead a growing team, and produce high‑impact stories that resonate across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end content strategy, including creation, distribution, and format allocation.
• Develop and maintain a consistent message architecture across blogs, social media, video, events, and press.
• Build an annual editorial calendar with quarterly themes and a rolling pipeline of topics.
• Transform breaking news—competitor moves, model releases, benchmark results—into publishable content on the same day.
• Define platform investments and repurposing tactics for all content assets.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the content team while collaborating with product, performance, developer, creative, and PR partners.
• Manage the content budget and oversee freelancers, agencies, and syndication partners.
• Write and edit flagship narratives and launch stories personally.
• Measure content performance, link it to pipeline metrics, and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of content marketing experience, including leadership of content teams.
• Proven ability to devise and execute content platform strategy while handling day‑to‑day editorial work.
• Track record of originating strategy without a brief and delivering measurable results.
• Experience coordinating a single narrative across multiple platforms, driving brand recall and inbound demand.
• Demonstrated skill in simplifying complex technical stories for a B2B audience.
• Background in AI cloud, GPU, semiconductor, or infrastructure markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
