Director, North American B2B Secular Shift – Property & Casualty Insurance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead the North American B2B secular shift for the Property & Casualty Insurance segment. The role focuses on driving growth by commercialising Mastercard’s solutions, building pipelines, and closing high‑value deals across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Property & Casualty Insurance secular shift across North America, expanding Mastercard’s footprint and market share.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial & New Payments Flows teams to partner and cross‑sell solutions.
• Work closely with Account and Business Development teams to engage clients, identify opportunities, build a dynamic sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of segment initiatives.
• Champion a needs‑based, customer‑centric narrative for Property & Casualty Insurance throughout the organisation and with prospects.
• Support client‑facing negotiations, co‑lead key deals, and incorporate segment‑specific incentives.
• Track and manage pipeline performance using Salesforce (SFDC) and related tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading go‑to‑market strategies in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
• Strong track record of driving B2B payment solutions adoption and revenue growth.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and reporting.
