Director, North American B2B Secular Shift Program Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive its North American B2B secular shift program. The role focuses on moving high‑value B2B payments from legacy methods to modern, card‑based solutions, supporting the company’s growth agenda across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the North American B2B Secular Shift vertical strategy and maintain a cadence of activities that ensure alignment and milestone delivery.
• Develop and report predictive KPI dashboards to track program performance.
• Lead initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, spend and acceptance at scale, working closely with sales, channel partners and product teams.
• Collaborate with global product teams to embed card‑led capabilities into vertical technology solutions such as construction, retail, and insurance.
• Pilot, measure, and scale programs that drive sustained behavioral change among B2B customers.
• Gather industry and market data, monitor competitive and fintech trends, and translate insights into differentiated value propositions.
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders (product, marketing, analytics, risk, operations, technology) and define KPIs tied to conversion, usage, spend growth and profitability.
• Communicate progress, results and recommendations to senior leadership.
