Director, Integrated Business Tools

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Tools to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of custom applications built on Palantir Foundry. You will partner with senior leaders across People, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven tools that support rapid company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with core business groups to gather requirements and design Foundry‑based tools and workflows.
• Define and own the long‑term roadmap for applications, data integrations, and automation across the organization.
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and architectural patterns for Palantir Foundry components (AIP, Ontology, Pipelines, Workshop).
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of Product Leads, Full‑Stack Developers, Data Engineers, and QA staff.
• Balance short‑term feature delivery with platform health, scalability, and technical debt reduction.
• Drive integrations between Foundry and source systems to eliminate manual processes.
• Implement governance, change‑management, and vendor‑management frameworks.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on platform health, project status, and team performance.
• Manage Palantir contracts and relationships with implementation partners.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in coordination with IT and Legal teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building business applications, data platforms, or enterprise tooling.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering or development teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑system implementations in fast‑scaling environments.
• Deep familiarity with Palantir Foundry and its core components.
