Director, Government Pricing and Operations

About the role

The Director, Government Pricing and Operations leads Servier’s government contracting and price‑reporting engine. Reporting to the Executive Director, U.S. Pricing and Contracting, you will ensure accurate contract execution, compliant price calculations, and timely regulatory submissions in a high‑stakes environment.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, validate and submit all mandated government pricing metrics (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, FAMP, FCP, ANFAMP, 340B ceiling).
• Monitor federal and state law changes, including IRA updates, to keep reporting methodologies compliant.
• Administer federal and state contracts, manage rebate adjudication for Medicaid, TriCare, IFF and other programs.
• Oversee contract management system data, class‑of‑trade validation, and audit readiness.
• Provide impact analysis for pricing committees and support revenue forecasting with finance teams.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, driving automation and data‑integrity improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced financial degree preferred.
• 8‑10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, with at least 5 years in government pricing and contract administration.
• Experience in oncology or rare diseases is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership of direct reports and cross‑functional workflows.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of CMS/Medicaid rebate system.
• Mastery of government pricing regulations and calculations.
• Financial modeling for contract and rebate analysis.
