Director, Global Digital Platform Technology Lead

About the role

Invesco is looking for a senior technology leader to shape and execute the strategy for its global digital client experience ecosystem. The role will define architecture and road‑maps for external‑facing portals, advisor tools, institutional platforms and public websites, leveraging AI‑enabled personalization and modern engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi‑year technology strategy and roadmap for all external‑facing digital platforms, including advisor portals, institutional client portals and the global public website.
• Lead AI‑enabled transformation of digital experiences, covering personalization, intelligent self‑service, content recommendations and workflow automation.
• Modernize platform components across web, API, data, content delivery, search, analytics, security and observability.
• Partner with senior leaders in Distribution, Marketing, Product, Client Service, Legal, Compliance and Risk to align technology investments with business goals.
• Build, mentor and scale high‑performing engineering, architecture and product teams while managing strategic vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in financial services, asset management or fintech.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale, customer‑facing digital platforms.
• Ability to influence senior executives, navigate complex governance structures and drive cross‑functional execution.
• Experience defining and executing multi‑year technology roadmaps in a regulated environment.
