Director, Finance & Transformation

About the role

The Director leads the Finance Data and Transformation team, serving as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology for Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and related finance applications. This role translates finance needs into sustainable technology outcomes across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.

Key responsibilities

• Finance‑Technology partnership and demand management, acting as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology for Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and related applications.
• Solution design and configuration governance, establishing standards, overseeing application configuration, data structures and cross‑module design.
• Project and enhancement delivery, leading teams through requirements, design, testing, release and benefits realization.
• Application support and incident management, managing service‑request processes, incident triage and continuous improvement.
• People leadership, capacity planning, controls and capability building across a distributed team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, including 5+ years leading distributed/offshore teams.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM financial modules.
• Proven ability to translate finance needs into functional and technical solutions and manage an application portfolio end‑to‑end.
• Experience with IT service‑management tools such as ServiceNow and formal change/incident processes.
