Director, Enterprise Data

About the role

Radiant is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data to lead its internal data and operational software platform. The role will define vision, strategy, and execution for a growing data ecosystem that supports manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and people operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the Enterprise Data platform, making build‑versus‑buy decisions that shape company operations.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of engineers and product specialists.
• Own the end‑to‑end Enterprise Data roadmap, translating cross‑functional needs into a prioritized plan.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, quality, and HR teams to ensure the platform solves real‑world problems.
• Maintain accountability for outcomes, balancing delivery speed with data quality and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience building and scaling data or analytics teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong product sense with the ability to prioritize features that deliver business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Track record of making data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency.
