Director, End-to-End Product Planning

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive end-to-end product planning for a global pharmaceutical portfolio. The Director will oversee planning across API, formulation, fill-finish and external manufacturing sites, ensuring supply continuity and alignment with demand.

Key responsibilities

• Define the global supply-chain configuration, including decoupling points and replenishment strategies.
• Lead NPI planning and manage demand propagation, using multi-echelon planning techniques across all manufacturing nodes.
• Participate in executive IBP processes and lead the DSRM for the assigned portfolio.
• Resolve end-to-end issues such as allocation management and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate execution across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and logistics functions, establishing regular rhythms and performance monitoring.
• Develop digital tools (control tower, batch tracker, digital twin) in partnership with GPEX/JJT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP or supply-chain management, with proven leadership of teams.
• International experience and strong communication skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• Experience with multi-echelon supply chains and financial processes.

• SAP (or equivalent ERP) proficiency.

• Base salary range $150,000 – $258,750 per year.
