About the role
This senior position leads Maybelline’s Brand Cause platform, driving purpose‑driven marketing and communications worldwide. You will oversee the Brave Together mental‑health program, ensuring it delivers measurable impact and aligns with the brand’s global strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Spearhead 360° global project management for the Brave Together mental‑health program.
- Develop and execute a global strategy to scale the program across markets.
- Create consumer communications plans and market toolkits, supporting local launches and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to produce an annual ad campaign.
- Design talent strategies and build relationships with key influencers and advocates.
- Partner with Social/Digital teams to produce social assets for global and local channels.
- Establish partnerships with NGOs and thought leaders to expand program reach.
- Guide in‑market programming with local, regional, and global CSR coordinators.
- Define KPIs and lead reporting on social impact, PR reach, advocacy reach, and media results.
- Monitor best practices from other brands to strengthen the initiative.
- Work with PR and agency partners to execute a global eventing strategy and secure market participation.
- Create cause‑centric internal and external activations.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Background in consumer packaged goods or the beauty industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to sell ideas and operate effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Strong collaborative skills with diverse stakeholders.
Required skills
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
