About the role

Infosys' Digital Experience (DX) unit is seeking a Digital Principal Consultant to lead complex projects that shape end‑to‑end customer journeys. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define objectives, drive innovation, and ensure seamless delivery of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular status updates.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives, incorporating advanced technologies and solution architectures.
