Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, implement and optimise our digital marketing strategy. You will lead campaigns, analyse performance metrics and work closely with internal teams to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and communication activities aligned with the brand identity and target audience.
• Utilise social media and content creation to increase brand visibility, promote services and drive engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to organise events, promotions and lead‑generation activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to amplify marketing efforts and support event promotion.
• Inform clients and prospects about products and services through creative marketing tactics.
• Take creative control of campaigns, designs and overall digital marketing execution.
• Track and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and team management.
• Strong verbal, written and organisational communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, think creatively and balance priorities.
