About the role

Our client, an established non‑profit serving homeless families in Boston, is looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist. You will use digital strategies to raise awareness, engage supporters, and drive fundraising success for the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, paid social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and web platforms.
• Manage website content, performance, and optimisation to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Track, analyse, and report campaign metrics, providing data‑driven insights to guide strategy.
• Leverage emerging AI tools to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams to align digital efforts with overall mission goals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, including advertising, website management, analytics, and email marketing.
• Mission‑driven mindset with a passion for supporting homeless families.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data‑focused approach to decision‑making.
• Creative thinker who can adapt to the fast‑changing digital landscape.
