Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Luminary is building a data‑driven marketing engine to serve high‑net‑worth clients. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Digital Marketing Manager will own the digital core of the function, establishing measurement in HubSpot, running the email program, and executing paid‑media campaigns that reach financial advisors, trust and estate attorneys, and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain marketing reporting and analytics, including dashboards for pipeline, CAC and conversion rates.
• Architect HubSpot measurement: lifecycle definitions, funnel taxonomy, UTM governance and data hygiene.
• Own attribution and closed‑loop reporting with sales, establishing a monthly reporting rhythm.
• Manage the end‑to‑end email program in HubSpot – calendar, segmentation, nurture flows, deliverability and A/B testing.
• Develop and execute Google Ads strategy (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) with proper conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, offline imports).
• Scale LinkedIn Ads using matched audiences, lead‑gen forms and performance optimization.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, high‑ownership manager comfortable working cross‑functionally with GTM, product and customer success teams.
• Proven experience building marketing measurement frameworks from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
