Key responsibilities
- Create analyses to study key trends and support business strategy.
- Run regular reports and ad‑hoc analyses to ensure compliance and identify innovative opportunities.
- Assist in developing new programs and enhancing existing ones to meet performance objectives.
- Research industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate performance against departmental goals and recommend improvements.
- Document and communicate findings to remove roadblocks and implement efficient fixes.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to exchange semi‑complex information related to assigned activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma/GED.
- At least 3 years of experience in merchandising, marketing, e‑commerce, strategy, healthcare, analytics, finance, or operations.
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
