About the role

PwC is seeking a Digital Grid Senior Manager to lead consulting engagements that help clients optimise operational efficiency through business applications. You will analyse client needs, design tailored software solutions, and guide teams through complex technology implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of business applications to improve client operations.
• Analyse client requirements and develop customised software strategies.
• Provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.
• Manage project delivery and systems project management to meet client objectives.
• Offer technical consultation for complex client challenges.
• Drive business transformation initiatives using innovative technology solutions.
• Coordinate product operations and technology implementation for enhanced performance.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback.
• Guide and coach teams through ambiguous situations while maintaining composure.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA degree.
• Proven ability to lead complex systems projects and drive operational excellence.
