Digital Asset Summer Internship (Early Career)

About the role

Join Invesco’s Digital Assets team for a 9‑week summer internship in New York, starting June 2027. You will work on tokenized funds, blockchain infrastructure and digital‑asset product development while gaining exposure to client services across a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop executive presentations, market insights and product materials to support senior‑leadership decisions.
• Conduct industry and competitor research on tokenization, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure and digital‑asset managers.
• Collaborate with technology, investment, legal, compliance and operations teams on product development and commercialization.
• Support high‑impact projects such as tokenized funds, client education and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions during team meetings to improve processes and offerings.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, graduating junior year by summer 2028 with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology and financial markets demonstrated through coursework, projects or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R or VBA.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of AI applications such as chatbots or predictive analytics.
