Digital Asset Summer Intern – Early Careers

About the role

Join Invesco’s Digital Assets team for a 9‑week summer internship in New York, working on tokenized funds, blockchain infrastructure, and emerging on‑chain opportunities. You will gain hands‑on experience in client services and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop executive presentations, market insights, competitive analyses, and product materials to support senior leadership decisions.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitor research on tokenization, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, digital‑asset managers, and asset servicers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across technology, investments, distribution, legal, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Support high‑impact projects related to tokenized funds, blockchain‑enabled infrastructure, digital‑asset product development, client education, and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, junior class, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or VBA.
• Familiarity with data‑visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
