Diagnostic Radiologist (Physician) – Hybrid Role

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist for a hybrid position in Meridian, Mississippi. The role offers both remote and onsite work, with part‑time or full‑time options, and welcomes J‑1 visa holders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daytime coverage of outpatient and inpatient imaging examinations across Ochsner community hospitals, outpatient facilities, and urgent care centers.
• Support after‑hours emergency department imaging through Ochsner emergency radiologists or contracted teleradiologists.
• Participate in weekend coverage approximately one in eight weeks and a late shift (12 noon – 8 pm) once per month.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship training.
• Eligibility for a J‑1 visa.
• MQSA qualification to read screening and diagnostic breast imaging, including digital breast tomosynthesis (preferred).
• Experience with interventional radiology coverage (preferred).
