DevOps Engineer – Web Platform

About the role

FieldAI is looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure that power its web‑based robotics platform. You will work on‑site in Irvine, collaborating closely with full‑stack engineers to ship reliable, production‑grade services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Node.js and React applications using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Manage and scale containerized workloads on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop release processes that ensure safe, repeatable deployments and enforce testing and validation steps.
• Monitor system performance, reliability and uptime, and create observability, logging and alerting solutions.
• Debug and resolve production incidents across application, infrastructure and deployment layers.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity and overall system stability.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, or production engineering.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on system stability and quality.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineers, product owners and operations teams.
