DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining highly available cloud infrastructure while ensuring optimal performance of our applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deploy infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git and Jenkins.
• Containerize applications and orchestrate them with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune Linux servers, networking, JVM, and SQL performance.
• Implement and manage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, and Connect.
• Configure HTTPS certificates and SSL tunnels for secure communications.
• Collaborate on microservices architecture and REST API development.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Linux servers and networking.
• Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and infrastructure automation.
• Hands‑on experience with container technologies and orchestration.
• Solid background in performance tuning and algorithm optimization.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
