DevOps Engineer – New York

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in New York. You will design, automate, and maintain reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines while collaborating with development, security, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly‑available cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application delivery.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using IaC tools.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; implement logging, alerting, and incident‑response.
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.
• Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
• Apply security and compliance best practices across all workflows.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Working knowledge of Git and modern software‑development workflows.
• Understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting concepts.
