DevOps Engineer

About the role

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern DevOps and containerization platforms that support production workloads and pilot programs for U.S. federal clients. The role works across secure, low‑side, on‑premise environments and AWS cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and related container orchestration tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry‑standard tools.
• Configure and automate infrastructure on AWS and on‑premise systems.
• Support secure, air‑gapped environments and ensure compliance with federal security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize deployment processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, and containerization.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is mandatory.
