DevOps Engineer

About the role

Faro Health is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its engineering organization. You will help design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure for a cloud‑native SaaS platform that supports life‑sciences research.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed, consistency, and reliability.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and related tooling.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to support deployment automation and cloud‑native application operations.
• Monitor system reliability, availability, and performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Enhance platform observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging DevOps tools and technologies.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
