Developer Relations

About the role

Sapiom is building an end‑to‑end platform for agentic commerce and needs a Developer Relations professional to bridge the gap between AI/ML developers and the product team. You will champion developers, create demo agents, and shape the developer experience from onboarding to production.

Key responsibilities

• Build Sapiom’s presence among AI agent builders and LLM developers, acting as the connective tissue between the community and product team.
• Ship products, tools, and content that developers adopt, leveraging your engineering or DevRel background.
• Engage authentically with the builder community via Discord, hackathons, and direct support.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly through documentation, presentations, and one‑on‑one conversations.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and LLM development, experimenting with agentic applications and financial infrastructure.
• Synthesize developer feedback into actionable product requirements and maintain a public builder presence on GitHub, blogs, and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience with software products, tools, or developer‑facing content and a strong grasp of APIs, SDKs, and documentation best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and agentic applications, capable of building production‑quality demo agents and sandbox environments.
• Comfortable across the developer toolchain – GitHub, SDKs, developer portals, and community platforms like Discord.
• Exceptional communicator who can distill complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Self‑directed, thrives in early‑stage environments, and passionate about developer communities with a public builder presence.
