About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide on‑site and remote IT assistance to end users across multiple departments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for Windows PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices while ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver in‑person, phone, remote, and email support for Windows and Apple environments.
  • Maintain ticketing and inventory systems with up‑to‑date status and asset information.
  • Research, recommend, and order required software and hardware.
  • Create and provision user and email accounts, managing access rights.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps and perform hardware/software upgrades.
  • Support printing and other peripheral devices.
  • Set up, install, and configure desktop hardware and software in line with internal policies.
  • Participate in identity and access management activities.
  • Perform additional IT support duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support or Field Services experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop software and support for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
  • Hands‑on experience with onboarding/off‑boarding tasks, including device setup and software configuration.
  • Understanding of network protocols, server hardware, and basic networking concepts.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certification (or equivalent).
  • Physical ability to lift 20‑50 lb, stand or kneel for extended periods, and use basic mechanical tools.
