Designer, Growth Marketing

About the role

Runway‑ml is seeking a Designer, Growth Marketing to create high‑volume performance marketing assets that drive user acquisition. You will own the visual execution of paid ads across video, motion, and static formats, working closely with product marketing and growth teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce large volumes of performance marketing assets for paid social, display, YouTube and other channels.
• Use Runway’s generative tools to ideate, create, and iterate on on‑brand video and image assets.
• Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery, including motion graphics and animated ads.
• Develop creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing, adapting formats and visual treatments based on performance data.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints while keeping assets fresh.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role at a tech or consumer company.
• Portfolio demonstrating video ads, motion graphics, and static performance creative with strong art‑direction judgment.
• Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns without sacrificing quality.

Required skills

• Strong motion design skills using After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent.
• Solid graphic design fundamentals – typography, layout, color.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Comfort interpreting performance data to inform visual changes.
