About the role
Peloton is looking for a talented Designer to join its Brand Creative team. You will be the engine of the design group, turning campaign concepts into a variety of marketing assets that keep the brand sharp across all channels. This role offers a fast‑paced learning environment alongside senior designers and art directors.
Key responsibilities
- Design and version creative assets for email, social media, display ads, and web modules.
- Assist senior designers in building decks, mood boards, and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
- Maintain organized, technically‑ready files that meet rigorous handoff standards.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas for upcoming projects.
- Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback from art directors and cross‑functional partners.
Required profile
- A clean portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals in typography, color, and composition.
- 3+ years of professional design experience.
- A "no task too small" mentality and a genuine passion for learning.
- Strong file‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
