Deployment Strategist – SOUTHCOM

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist at Code Metal, you will work directly with government customers to understand their most critical workflow challenges and translate them into actionable product features. You will collaborate with forward‑deployed engineers, product managers and growth teams to ensure the software is deployed effectively and delivers measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer sites, interview end‑users and identify their biggest pain points.
• Define and prioritize features based on deep engagement with customer workflows, and partner with engineers to integrate them in a stable, extensible manner.
• Embed with engineering and product teams to feed field insights into Code Metal’s roadmap.
• Design bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive adoption.
• Build and deliver demos, scope new engagement opportunities and act as a trusted teammate to keep customers satisfied.

Required profile

• Former operators who are highly respected within their communities.
• First‑hand experience with U.S. Government customers and strong relationships across relevant agencies.
• Active U.S. security clearance and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
