Deployment Strategist

About the role

Clarion is building AI‑driven scheduling agents for healthcare providers and needs a Deployment Strategist to own end‑to‑end customer implementations, from kickoff through go‑live and post‑launch support.

Key responsibilities

• Run every customer deployment, leading discovery sessions, building project plans, coordinating engineering and client stakeholders to ensure on‑time launches.
• Configure the Clarion platform with scheduling rules, knowledge‑base content, provider settings, and telephony routing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading kickoff calls, weekly syncs, and issue triage after launch.
• Conduct UAT, manage production cut‑over, and monitor account health, feeding expansion signals to sales.
• Translate field observations into product requirements and partner with engineering to prioritize admin‑tooling improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering complex software implementations or technical onboarding in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Comfort navigating APIs, configuration interfaces and technical documentation without writing production code.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑workstream projects, hold cross‑functional resources accountable, and track numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer‑facing presence, able to lead meetings with clinic operators and build trusted relationships.
• Bias toward action – hands‑on execution rather than delegation.
