Deployment Strategist

About the role

Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops. As a Deployment Strategist you will own the success of our largest enterprise customers, turning complex, cross‑functional workflows into high‑impact AI deployments and guiding adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and act as the trusted advisor to senior customer leadership.
• Drive end‑to‑end implementations from kickoff to launch, creating clear project plans, timelines, owners, and success metrics.
• Translate ambiguous business processes in IT, HR, finance, and operations into concrete deployment priorities and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Field Deployment Engineers, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure technically sound and operationally successful deployments.
• Lead executive check‑ins, working sessions, and cross‑functional meetings with clarity and urgency.
• Identify risks early, unblock stalled work, and bring structure to ambiguous customer environments.
• Track adoption, ROI, and automation coverage, using data to drive long‑term account success.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and project‑leadership experience with enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating autonomously in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
