Deployment Strategist – Flagship Account

About the role

Serval is looking for a Deployment Strategist to own the technical relationship with one of its largest, most strategic customers. You will work both on‑site with the customer in Santa Clara and remotely with Serval’s team in San Francisco, guiding AI deployments, shaping strategy, and delivering outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer engagements from pilot through production launch, designing deployments that fit the customer’s workflows and scale adoption.
• Build AI agents on Serval’s platform that deliver real value.
• Advise customers on AI strategy and help them scale usage.
• Design and execute migration plans that minimize disruption.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to turn field learnings into repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years in product, engineering, consulting, or founder roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts.
• Hands‑on technical ability to read and troubleshoot production code, analyze API requests/responses and database state.
