About the role

Smart City is looking for an Apartment Locator to join its Inside Sales team in Denver. You will help renters find the perfect apartment by managing the entire leasing journey, from the first lead to the signed lease.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from lead generation through lease signing.
• Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email to understand their needs.
• Create hyper‑personalized lists of available apartment units.
• Coordinate with property partners, schedule tours, and attend viewings.
• Earn commissions based on successful leases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a laptop for video calls and CRM access.
• Comfort using an iPhone and iOS‑based custom CRM.
