Demand Planner – Supply Chain – Personal Health

About the role

As a Demand Planner for Personal Health at Philips in Stamford, you will lead the end-to-end demand planning process, using data, market insights and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy and support strategic decisions. You will work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and other teams to align supply and demand and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the end-to-end demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts that reflect market dynamics and business objectives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain and other functions to achieve consensus demand plans and support business planning cycles.
• Develop and refine demand-planning models, tools and analytical frameworks, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Analyse internal and external data and KPI trends to identify risks, supply-chain disruptions and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing demand-planning systems, best practices and supporting talent-management activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year with a Master’s degree in demand planning, supply-chain management, forecasting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and to drive process improvements.

What we offer

• Base salary range $98,000 – $155,000 per year.
• Potential annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives.
