About the role
Law360 is seeking a reporter to cover business law developments in the Delaware courts, including Chancery, State Supreme, Superior, District and Bankruptcy courts. The role involves regular travel to courthouses and daily reporting from Wilmington.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track cases across assigned Delaware courts.
- Attend selected legal events and hearings.
- Communicate regularly with editors to shape coverage.
- File daily news stories based on court developments.
Required profile
- At least one year of full‑time paid reporting experience, preferably with court reporting exposure.
- Strong reporting, writing and analytical abilities, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience writing for a legal audience is highly valued.
- Willingness and ability to travel as business needs dictate, including outside standard business hours.
- Ability to report to Wilmington, Delaware on a daily basis.
