Deal Desk Contracts Administrator

About the role

ClearDATA is seeking a detail‑oriented Deal Desk Contracts Administrator to support its Sales and Professional Services teams. This remote position focuses on moving managed‑services, cloud‑reseller, and professional‑services opportunities from approved pricing through accurate contracts and SOWs, ensuring smooth internal handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal‑desk intake, track requests, approvals, and target dates.
• Prepare standard quotes and commercial documents using approved pricing, templates, and cloud‑reseller terms.
• Coordinate professional‑services SOW development with sales, technical, and delivery resources.
• Draft and update order forms, amendments, change orders, renewals, and cancellations, verifying scope, pricing, and signature requirements.
• Route non‑standard pricing, contract language, and security questions to Finance, Legal, or leadership.
• Maintain organized deal files and accurate records in Salesforce.
• Audit closed‑won documentation for onboarding, billing, and handoff to customer success.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, contracts administration, order management, or similar coordination role.
• Strong organization, follow‑through, communication, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
