About the role

The Deal Advisor & Compliance Trainer supports Coldwell Banker Realty agents in San Carlos by guiding them through complex real‑estate transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role blends transaction management, contract review, and agent coaching with a focus on delivering timely, accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Approve all documents in the Transaction Manager for the assigned territory, confirming accuracy and adherence to company and state regulations.
• Review, sign, and verify listing agreements, disclosures, and any required form modifications.
• Manage contract change requests, communicate discrepancies, and facilitate prompt corrections.
• Respond to agent inquiries via email, phone, or virtual meetings regarding transactions, contracts, and representation.
• Document all agent interactions in company systems, tracking topics, dates, and participants.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training on transaction processes, local contract management, common errors, and coaching techniques.
• Provide strategic guidance on commission and fee discussions, including objection‑handling coaching.
• Present content and field Q&A sessions at sales meetings and collaborate with leadership to share best practices.

Required profile

• Active real‑estate broker’s license in the state of service.
• 5–7 years of experience handling residential real‑estate transactions.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with emerging technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet‑based platforms.
