About the role

Join our caring team as a Daycare Teacher Assistant for the morning shift, helping young children learn, grow, and thrive in a warm, safe environment. You will work alongside Lead Teachers to deliver engaging lessons and build strong partnerships with families.

Key responsibilities

Bring creative lesson plans to life for children aged 0‑5.
Build strong partnerships with families through clear communication.
Foster a supportive space where every child feels seen and valued.

Required profile

Fun, engaging, welcoming and nurturing attitude.
Early, punctual and reliable.
Serious role‑model mindset, leading by example.
Creative and innovative, able to thrive in a lively environment.
Comfortable handling challenging conversations with parents and peers.
